School: East Stroudsburg university
Hobbies: Golf, Snowboarding and hanging with wife and kid!

Future Goals: Start his own business closer to home
One word his co-workers used to describe him: knowledgeable,
responsible, chipper, professional, dependable, chill, easy going, level-headed.
Bio: Donald Bell (aka DJ), was the companies first full-time employee. DJ took a
chance on RD’s Total Lawn when we were much smaller and left a full-time
secure position with another company for RD Total Lawn. For that we will
always be grateful to DJ to get the company going! Today DJ owns a home in
Downingtown, PA with his wife of 4 years and 18-month-old son. DJ has been
key to the growth and success over the years at the company. RD’s Total Lawn
is BLESSED to have an employee like DJ on the team!
Get to Know Josh Martoccio!
Hire Date: June of 2021 (6-2021)
School: Penn State Abington
Hobbies: working out, reading, and playing pickleball
Favorite Superhero: Batman
Future Goals: go to law school and become a lawyer

Bio: Josh lives in Levittown with his family. Josh has shown the ability to juggle
working at RD’s along with attending school and keep his grades up. Josh is
someone that takes pride in his work and has a keen eye for detail. Josh started
as a crew member and over time has grown to a crew leader for mowing as well
as running our landscape crew. RD’s Total Lawn is BLESSED to have an
employee like Josh on the team!
Get to Know Drew Tomalin!

School: Bachelors from Kutztown
Hobbies: Gym and playing sports

Future Goals: Own his own business one day
One word his co-workers used to describe him: Dependable, Responsible,
Reliable, Determined, easy going, Positive
Bio: Drew lives in Bensalem currently with his twin brother. Drew started working at
RD’s during the summer when he was home from school at Kutztown. Since
graduating Drew has come on full time as a crew leader. Drew runs mow crews,
landscaping crews, and recently has taken on some estimator responsibilities as well.
Drew maintains a glass half full positive mentality no matter the circumstances. RD’s
Total Lawn is BLESSED to have an employee like Drew on the team!

School: Penn State Abington
Hobbies: Fishing, Working out, and Guitar

Future Goals: Owning his own business
One word his co-workers used to describe him: hardworking,
reliable, chill, persistent, consistent, dependable, passionate, solid.
Bio: Matthew Behrle joined RD’s Total Lawn back in the spring of 2023 when
referred by a friend who was also working with our team. Matt started as a
crew member but quickly showed potential for advancement. From there he
was quickly promoted to crew leader within 5 months. Matt show’s a strong
work ethic that can be hard to find with someone of his age. RD’s Total Lawn is
BLESSED to have an employee like Matt on the team!
Get to Know Emanual Murphy!

School: Middle Bucks Institute of Technology
Hobbies: Gardening and bucket drumming

Future Goals: Continue to improve fitness and get a 6 pack
One word his co-workers used to describe him: botanist, funny,
outgoing, energetic, hardworking, workhorse, friendly, upbeat.
Bio: Emanual (AKA ”Eli”) has been with RD’s since the spring of 2023. With a
deep passion for horticulture and landscape he was a perfect addition to the
team. Eli is the go-to guy for plant identification and plant education for all
members of the team. He is our primary landscape crew member and such a
HUGE asset to the team. His upbeat attitude and relentless work ethic make him
a joy to work with. RD’s Total Lawn is BLESSED to have an employee like Matt
on the team!
Get to Know Christian Canete
Hire Date: April of 2023 (4-2023)
School: Timber Creek Highschool
Hobbies: fishing, off-roading, and gun range.
Favorite Superhero: Batman and spiderman
Future Goals: go into the military or go to school to become a mechanic
One word his co-workers used to describe him: perfectionist,
passionate, detail oriented, hardworking, good energy, funny, outgoing.
Bio: Christian called our company back in the spring of 2023 out of the blue
and asked if we were hiring. He had prior experience with lawncare doing his
own neighbors on the side, so Christian’s learning curve was short and picked
up on things quick. Christian likes getting the job right now matter it takes.
Christian in 2025 has moved into a crew leader role. RD’s is BLESSED to have
an employee like Christian on the team.

Bio: Tyler was a new addition to the team in the spring of 2025 and came at
the perfect time. He resides in Fairless Hills with his parents. You will always
find Tyler smiling and having a positive energy and attitude no matter the
circumstances. Tyler has a relentless work ethic and maintains a fast pace

Bio: Steve joined RD’s Total Lawn in the spring of 2025 during one of our busiest seasons—and quickly proved to be a fantastic addition to the team. With prior experience in both lawn care and white-collar industries, he brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and professional insight to our company. Based in Levittown with his family, Steve has earned a reputation among his coworkers as detail-oriented—in fact, that exact word came up four times when we asked the team to describe him! He’s committed to high-quality work, brings encouragement to those around him, and always shows up with a positive attitude. RD’s is BLESSED to have an employee like Steve on the team.
