2. Auto Payment system
More important now than ever the card on file system is becoming a feature for not only convenience but safety. No more physical exchanges of cash or check in person with multiple customers in one day. For our employees safety along with customer safety we have an auto charge system with a card securely stored on file. Outside the benefits of safety our customers love the convenience of a one time “set and forget it” auto charge system. Security wise we use an established third party company that securely stores your card info and no one at our company has access to viewing it.
3. Consistency
Haven’t seen or heard from your lawn company? Never know what day they will be showing every week? All our customers get notified 24 hours before we come out so you know what day we will be out each week. We strive for servicing the same customers on the same day every week weather permitting.
4. Communication
Our communication is second to none for the industry. We answer our phones and will communicate back with you whenever you are trying to get in touch with us. No more waiting for days to hear back from your lawn company. Call, text, email, or whatever your preference is we will get in touch with you.
