Fertilizer & Weed Control
Yes. Granular applications are safe immediately. For liquid treatments, once the application has dried (typically 1–2 hours), it is safe for pets to return to the lawn.
This depends on your lawn’s starting condition. For lawns in rough shape, we recommend allowing 12–18 months of consistent treatments for a full turnaround.
Our products are pet-friendly. However, ingestion before the product is fully absorbed may cause mild stomach upset. We recommend waiting 1–2 hours after liquid treatments to allow the application to settle and absorb.
At this time, we do not. Due to higher costs and reduced effectiveness, we’ve chosen not to offer organic options right now. We continue to monitor developments and may revisit this in the future.
In short — yes, but lawn care is a partnership. Results also depend on environmental conditions, mowing practices, watering habits, and sunlight. We’re happy to educate and work with you to optimize your lawn’s health.
We treat the most common Northeast lawn weeds, including dandelion, clover, broadleaf weeds, chickweed, ground ivy, crabgrass, goosegrass, Poa annua, and sedges.
Weed control is not instant. Treatments take time to work, and some weeds require multiple applications for full control.
Rain is generally beneficial and helps move products into the soil. Heavy downpours could cause runoff, but we avoid treating when that risk is present.
Watering is not required but can be helpful. If you choose to water, morning is best. Avoid watering late at night.
Mowing before treatment is ideal. If mowing afterward, we recommend waiting 24 hours to allow treatments to settle and distribute evenly.
Burning is possible if fertilizer is applied incorrectly. When applied at proper rates and timing, this should not occur. DIY applications should follow label instructions carefully.
Yes. Soil testing is available upon request — just let us know if you’d like to schedule it.
Lawn Mowing

No contracts. Pay as you go, cancel anytime.

Absolutely. Sharp blades are essential for lawn health. Our crews change blades every other day.
No problem — simply request a skip. As long as the following week doesn’t involve excessive overgrowth, there will be no additional charge.
