Smart Fertilizer for Healthy Lawns

RD’s has partnered with industry experts in agronomy in the industry to design a specific plan to fit our area best. We believe for best results we have setup a hybrid program which includes both granular as well as liquid applications. It is a seven step annual program that will cover everything needed to turn your lawn around and keep it looking good year round. One key aspect that sets our program apart from most companies is our control released fertilizer which is exclusive to our supplier. This program is designed specifically for cool season turf.

7 Step - Base

Round 1 –Pre-emergent | Fertilizer

Granular blanket application to feed lawn with some start of season fertilizer as well as apply a pre-emergent to get ahead of crabgrass and other weeds.

Round 2 – Fertilizer | Pre-emergent

Liquid blanket spray treatment for fast acting weed control, pre and post as well as iron for improved color.

Round 3 – Fertilizer | Weed Control

Controlled released industry leading premium fertilizer that is setup to feed the lawn when it needs it over the remainder of the season. Spot spraying weeds as well.

Round 4 – Insect | Fertilizer

Liquid application for grub control along with fertilizer and weed control.

Round 5 – Weed Control | Fertilizer

Liquid application of weed control to cleanup yard prior to seeding season. Some summer stress relief along with fertilizer.

Round 6 – Fertilizer

Granular Controlled released industry leading premium fertilizer that is designed for fall feeding.

Round 7 – Lime

Lime application for balance out PH levels in the soil to setup future health.

9 Step - Best
